General Terms and Conditions

By hiring That Military Couple LLC ("the Company") for event management and photography services, you ("the Client") acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time without notice. All modifications will be binding upon the Client.

Scope of Services

The Company will provide event management and photography services as outlined in the service agreement. The Client agrees to provide all necessary information and cooperation to ensure the successful execution of these services. Any additional services requested that are not outlined in the initial agreement may incur additional fees.

Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the event management or photography services, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or loss of data. This includes, but is not limited to, lost or damaged photographs, video footage, or other digital media.

The Client understands that photography and videography are subject to certain conditions, such as lighting, location, and event circumstances, which may affect the quality or completeness of the delivered media.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor strikes, or other unforeseen events ("Force Majeure"). In such cases, the Company will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services or provide suitable alternatives.

Health, Safety, and Venue

The Client is responsible for ensuring that all safety and health regulations are adhered to during the event. This includes providing a safe working environment for the Company's team members. The Company shall not be responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during the event.

The Client is also responsible for securing the event venue and ensuring it meets all legal, health, and safety requirements. The Company is not responsible for any issues related to the venue, such as access restrictions, permits, or compliance with local laws.

Photography Release and Rights

By hiring the Company for photography services, the Client grants the Company the right to use, publish, and distribute photographs taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and portfolio purposes. If the Client wishes to opt out of this release, written notice must be given before the event date.

The Client retains the right to use the photographs for personal purposes, but the Company maintains ownership of the intellectual property rights to all photographs, including the right to edit, reproduce, and display the images. No photos or videos may be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Company.

Payment Terms and Cancellation

The Client agrees to pay all fees as outlined in the service agreement. A deposit may be required to secure the event date. If the Client cancels the event, the Company will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

In the event of rescheduling or modification of the event, the Client agrees to cover any additional costs incurred due to changes in the scope of services.

Deliverables and Timeline

The Company will deliver photographs, videos, or other media within a reasonable timeframe following the event. While the Company will make every effort to meet the agreed-upon timeline, delays may occur due to factors such as editing requirements or unforeseen circumstances. The Client understands that the final edited content may take several weeks to complete.

Confidentiality

Both the Company and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of event planning, except where required by law.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement and all matters related to these services shall be governed by the laws of Missouri. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts located in Missouri.

Acknowledgment of Terms

By engaging the Company for event management and photography services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this disclaimer. This agreement is binding upon the Client and the Company upon receipt of payment or signed agreement.
